A Florida man has been arrested after allegedly inappropriately touching a child at Eastview Mall.
On Tuesday, February 6 deputies arrested Boris Stark, 60, of Florida for sex abuse, forcible touching, and endangering the welfare of a child.
The arrest was the result of an investigation into an incident that happened in November at Eastview Mall.
Deputies say a 13-year-old reported that a male, later identified as Stark, touched them inappropriately.
Stark was taken into custody and arraigned on the charges. He will appear in local court at a later date to answer the charges.
