Police say a Geneva man is in custody on felony charges after an abduction on Hamilton Street last night.
Dakota McKoy, 35, has been charged with kidnapping and criminal contempt, both as felonies, after a violent incident during the overnight hours.
McKoy is accused of entering a home on Hamilton Street illegally, then using force to abduct a person there.
Both McKoy and the victim were found at a residence in the village of Waterloo, according to police.
Police say additional charges are pending.
