Deputies arrested a Geneva man for trapping and inhumanely killing raccoons in the city.

Willis Bowles Jr., 35, of Geneva is accused of trapping raccoons, then pouring a flammable liquid on them before lighting them on fire.

Bowles was charged with animal cruelty and will appear in city court at a later date.
