A Geneva man was arrested for burglary and assault after a domestic incident in Phelps.
Wally Jay Morabito, 53, of Geneva, was taken into custody on July 3 after the incident. Deputies determined that Morabito unlawfully entered a home and got into a physical altercation, injuring the victim.
Morabito faces charges of first-degree burglary and third-degree assault. He was transported to Ontario County Jail and will appear at CAP.
