Geneva man faces felony charge after domestic incident, violating court order

Police in Geneva say a Geneva resident faces a felony charge after a crime-in-progress investigation on November 20.

According to a news release, Marlon J. Oselmo, 23, was charged with first-degree criminal contempt after violating an active court order.

Police say he had physical contact with a protected party who had a โ€˜refrain fromโ€™ order of protection.ย 

The felony charge will be answered at a later date.
