A Geneva-based startup, GR8PE by Stil-Bene, is in the spotlight as one of the 20 finalists vying for the top prize in the fifth annual Grow-NY competition.
GR8PE’s innovative approach transforms grape waste – skins and seeds left post-pressing – into a powdered dietary supplement aimed at enhancing digestive health.
Joining them among the finalists is Clean Label Solution LLC from Ithaca, which leverages a unique technology to boost the digestibility of proteins and fats in soy-based animal feeds, all while curbing CO2 emissions and energy use.
