In Livingston County a man has been charged with breaking into a home to steal women’s underwear. Charles Provorse Jr., 34, from Nunda, allegedly entered a house on February 2nd to take undergarments from two women for his own sexual satisfaction.
Provorse faces serious charges including burglary with a sexual motive, tampering with evidence, and lying in a written statement to the police. His actions have led to legal consequences and a deeper investigation into the incident.
Currently, Provorse is being held in Livingston County Jail with his bail set at $25,000 cash.
