Syracuse football has landed another player from the transfer portal, and it is a familiar name.
LSU cornerback Duce Chestnut, who entered the transfer portal last week, announced on social media that he is returning to Syracuse for the 2024 season.
Chesnut, who has two years of eligibility remaining, played for the Orange in 2021 and 2022 before transferring to LSU.
Last season was a year to forget for Chesnut as he appeared in just two games before LSU announced that he was no longer part of the team.
