The Lyons community is set to welcome its newest Dunkin’ in March, as construction enters its final phase.
Nicoletta Properties announced that the finishing touches are being added to the Dunkin’ located along State Route 31.
With the completion of flooring, wallpaper, and ceiling installations expected by early January, the project, embracing one of the company’s latest architectural designs, is rapidly approaching fruition.
Once the construction by Nicoletta Properties is completed, the property, held by Nicoletta for 26 years, will transition to the franchise operator, Luis Ribeiro.
Ribeiro, who currently operates 31 Dunkin’ franchises in the Rochester-Finger Lakes area, including several in Wayne County, has been a collaborative partner in bringing this project to Lyons.
The brief gap between construction completion and the store’s opening will be utilized for staffing, a process overseen by Ribeiro, who employs over 700 people across his franchise network.
