Deputies arrested a 47-year-old Lyons man following a warrant investigation in Wayne County.
Deputies say Jermaine Richardson, 47, was taken into custody on a warrant after he was located on Phelps Street.
The original incident involved him stealing a 30 pack of beer from the Kwik Fill gas station in Lyons.
Deputies say after he was originally arrested- Richardson failed to appear in local court.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
