The Seneca Falls Police Department says 69 grams of cocaine was recovered in the CPS investigation that sent one child to the hospital.
The child was impaired by drugs, and two adults – identified as Earl Heath, 42, and Aneglina Ely, 32, were both arrested for obstruction and child endangerment.
The obstruction charges stemmed from them impeding the investigation.
In an update on Tuesday, police said officers recovered a bag containing over 69 grams of cocaine.
Heath was subsequently charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal use of drug paraphernalia, and two counts of unlawfully dealing with a child.
He was arraigned and released on all charges.

The Seneca Falls Police Department says two people are in custody following a CPS investigation that resulted in a child being hospitalized in Clifton Springs.
On February 9 SFPD officers along with Seneca County Child Protective Services, arrested Angelia Ely, 32, and Earl Heath, 42, for child endangerment and obstructing governmental administration.
The arrest occurred after law enforcement was prevented from accessing a child in immediate danger at a residence, as ordered by the Seneca County Family Court.
Upon entering the home, officers found a child in need of urgent medical care due to substance impairment and discovered cocaine near another child.
Ely and Heath were taken into custody and will appear in local court at a later date on the charges. The affected child was taken to Clifton Springs Hospital for treatment.
