One person was reportedly airlifted from an accident that happened near the Junius Ponds Travel Plaza Service Road in Junius.
The accident happened during the overnight hours, heading into the day on Tuesday.
First responders from Junius, North Seneca, and LifeNet were ultimately called to the scene, according to reporting by Cayuga/Seneca Fire Wire.
The crash appears to have involved two vehicles – a van and tractor-trailer. The van reportedly traveled off the road, and went through a fence.
The person in the van was reportedly the individual airlifted to Strong Memorial Hospital.
