Three residents of Syracuse, New York, Devon Drake, Lacey Fontaine, and Henry Townsend, have been indicted on charges of distributing and conspiring to distribute methamphetamine and fentanyl, announced United States Attorney Carla B. Freedman and DEA Special Agent in Charge Frank A. Tarentino III. Drake faces additional charges for drug distribution near an elementary school.
The trio could face a minimum of 10 years to life imprisonment if convicted, along with fines up to $10 million and supervised release for at least five years to life. These severe penalties reflect the serious nature of their alleged crimes and the potential impact on the community.
