The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of an Ovid resident following a property damage accident on County Road 131 over the weekend.
On Saturday around 4:30 p.m. deputies arrested Anya Harris, 44, for DWI, aggravated DWI, and other traffic violations.
No injuries were reported in the accident, according to deputies.
Harris was processed at the Seneca County Correctional Facility and will answer the charges at a later date.
