The Seneca Falls Police Department reports the arrest of a Pennsylvania man following a crash on State Route 89.
On September 14, Andrew Pohonche, 64, is said to have been traveling north on Route 89 when he veered off the road and crashed into a ditch.
It was determined that Pohonche was intoxicated at the time of the crash.
He was charged with DWI and will answer the charges at a later date.
