The Ontario County Humane Society is investigating a pair of cats who were abandoned in the city of Canandaigua.
According to a news release, a person is seen on video carrying a cardboard box, walking up to the front porch of a residence, and leaving it there.
The suspect then runs away, and is identified as a male. The homeowner, who captured this incident on camera – found two cats inside with food and water.
Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact the Canandaigua Police Department or Ontario County Human Society.
