Police: Dispute between two women escalates, before SF resident charged with endangering the welfare of a child

On Saturday, October 21, the Seneca Falls Police Department reported the arrest of 41-year-old Jennifer L. Felshaw, a resident of Seneca Falls, in connection to a domestic incident.

The incident unfolded when Felshaw reportedly engaged in conversation with a man believed to be the boyfriend of another woman.

The interaction escalated into an argument between the two women, during which Felshaw allegedly became physically aggressive, pushing the other woman who was carrying her infant son at the time. Two other children were present and witnessed the confrontation.

Felshaw now faces charges including three counts of endangering the welfare of a child and one count of second-degree harassment.

Following her arrest, she was transported to the Seneca County Jail to await her arraignment.

Authorities have sought an order of protection in favor of the victim and the involved children.
