Police say a Geneva resident faces multiple charges including child endangerment and assault after a crime-in-progress investigation on Thanksgiving Day.
Santos Valle-Ramirez, 34, was charged with assault and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child after intentionally causing physical injury to another person.
The incident occurred in the presence of at least one child under 17, which prompted the endangerment charge.
Police didn’t provide additional details about the altercation, but described it as a ‘domestic incident’.
