Police say a Seneca Falls man choked a woman during a domestic incident over the weekend.
On Saturday around 9 a.m. police arrested Ralph Teneyck, 40, following a domestic incident investigation.
He’s accused of choking a woman so she could not breathe.
He was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, as a misdemeanor.
He was processed and will answer the charges at a later date.
