Police: Seneca Falls woman accused of driving drunk with child passenger

Police arrested a 44-year-old Seneca Falls woman under a provision called Leandra’s Law over the weekend following an investigation.

On July 6 around 10:30 p.m. police arrested Terri Healy, 44, while investigation another incident on Center Street.

Police said in a news release they observed Healy to be operating a vehicle while impaired by alcohol.

She was subsequently taken into custody on several charges including endangering the welfare of a child, aggravated DWI, and DWI under Leandra’s Law for having a child in the vehicle.

She was arraigned and will answer the charges at a later date.
