The Seneca Falls Police Department reported the arrest of a local woman following a theft complaint.
Stephanie Ely, 54, of Seneca Falls was arrested after stealing six chocolate bars in her pocket and leaving the store without paying.
Police didn’t identify the business or any additional details surrounding the incident.
She was given an appearance ticket and will answer the charges at a later date.
