Deputies from the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office detained a Rochester resident, Daniel Kusi, 22, during a traffic stop in the Town of Huron.
Kusi is facing a charge of Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the second degree after allegedly showing physical resistance and intentionally hindering the deputies’ investigation.
Following the incident, Kusi was taken to the Wayne County Jail for processing and was later released with an appearance ticket. He is expected to respond to the charge in the Town of Huron Court at a yet-to-be-announced date.
