Deputies arrested a Rochester resident following a larceny investigation in Wayne County.
Christopher Horr, 44, was arrested on a warrant for three counts of grand larceny.
He’s accused of going through cars in Ontario, and stole a credit card from one of them.
He then used the credit card in Monroe County.
Horr was remanded to the Wayne County Jail without bail.
