The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office has announced the arrest of 43-year-old Vivian Figueroa from Rochester, following a physical altercation that resulted in injuries. The incident, which occurred in Wayne County, involved Figueroa striking another individual in the face, causing lacerations, swelling, and the destruction of the victim’s glasses. The victim required medical evaluation and was transported to Newark-Wayne Community Hospital for treatment.
Figueroa faces charges of third-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal mischief. Following her arrest, she was processed at the Wayne County Jail, where she underwent fingerprinting and photography procedures before being released on an appearance ticket.
The case is set to proceed in the Town of Macedon Court, where Figueroa will appear at a scheduled date to face the charges brought against her.
