Police say a 25-year-old Romulus woman is in custody after a road rage incident that ended at the McDonald’s in the city of Geneva.
According to GPD, they responded to the Hamilton Street store for a reported road rage incident.
Upon investigation, officers learned that Danielle Calabrese, 25, of Romulus was the suspected driver in the incident, which occurred in Seneca County.
Both vehicles entered the city of Geneva and pulled over in the parking lot of the McDonald’s on Hamilton Street, which is when police were dispatched to the area.
Police say Calabrese exited her vehicle, pulled a knife, and proceeded towards the second vehicle. The vehicle was also damaged in the incident.
As result of the entire ordeal, Calabrese was charged with criminal mischief, menacing, and criminal possession of a weapon.
Those charges will be answered at a later date in city court.
