Sabres cruise past Kings to snap two-game skid

The Buffalo Sabres cruised past the Los Angeles Kings, 7-0, at KeyBank Center on Thursday night to snap a two-game skid.

Six players scored for Buffalo (23-25-4), five recorded multiple points, and Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen earned his fourth shutout of the season after stopping 33 shots.

Jordan Greenway scored twice, while Zach Benson, JJ Peterka, Kyle Okposo, Rasmus Dahlin, and Alex Tuch had a goal apiece. Dahlin, Peterka, Tuch, and Jacob Bryson tallied assists as well.

Buffalo went 1-for-2 on the power play and a perfect 3-for-3 on the penalty kill.

The Sabres continue their homestand on Thursday when they host the Florida Panthers at 7 p.m.
