The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Savannah resident following a traffic stop in Waterloo.
Gregory Palmer, 66, was arrested following a traffic stop for speeding in a 40 mph zone.
Following a roadside investigation Palmer was charged with DWI.
He refused a chemical test for intoxication.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
