Prosecutors say a Beaver Dams man faces a serious prison sentence after admitting to a rape charge.
Justin Hyde admitted in Schuyler County Court to raping a victim under 15.
The 28-year-old had been arrested in April after an investigation, where a sexual assault violated an active court order.
Hyde will be sentenced and could spend 7 years in prison.
