Police arrested a Seneca Falls man following an incident involving indecent exposure near a local apartment complex.
According to police, Shariff Watson, 40, was observed exposing and touching him private parts in a wooded area near an apartment complex.
Watson was charged with one count of public lewdness and issued an appearance ticket.
The charge will be answered at a later date in local court.
