On the evening of September 13 around 8:27 p.m., the Seneca Falls Police Department took 32-year-old Zachariah W. Mccutcheon into custody, charging him with fourth-degree criminal mischief.
The arrest came after police were dispatched to a local residence in response to a reported domestic disturbance.
Upon arrival, authorities discovered that Mccutcheon had caused damage to property during the incident.
Following his arrest, Mccutcheon was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility where he awaits the Centralized Arraignment Process.
