The Seneca Falls Police Department says a Seneca Falls man is in custody after an assault at a local business.
On February 25 around 6:04 p.m., Ralph M. Teneyck, a 41-year-old resident of Seneca Falls was arrested by police following that incident.
Teneyck faces charges of second-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal mischief after an investigation at a local business.
Police say an altercation, which involved property damage and a physical confrontation with another male, led to the victim requiring hospitalization for injuries sustained.
The incident prompted a hefty response from law enforcement, culminating in Teneyck’s arrest. He was subsequently remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility without bail, pending further court proceedings.
