Police arrested a 14-year-old following a physical altercation in Seneca Falls.
The 14-year-old wasn’t identified, but police said they were taken into custody on November 8 around 7:30 p.m. following an incident on October 16.
The juvenile is accused of striking the victim with a closed fist multiple times, resulting in a concussion to that person.
The 14-year-old was charged with assault and issued an appearance ticket for Seneca County Probation Office – Youth Division.
No other details were released about the incident.
