Seneca Falls woman airlifted from motorcycle accident in Ontario County

The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office provided an update on a motorcycle crash involving a deer.

Deputies responded to the area of State Route 364 and County Road 1 in Gorham for a motorcycle that had struck a deer.

A passenger on the motorcycle, identified as Carly Digrande, 27, of Seneca Falls, sustained an injury to the head, and was airlifted to Strong Memorial Hospital by Mercy Flight.

The driver of the motorcycle, identified as Matthew Hermann, 40, did not report any injuries and refused a medical evaluation.

No further information was released about the crash.
