SF woman skips court on welfare fraud charges

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Seneca Falls woman after a bench warrant was issued in local court.

Nicole Fuller, 27, was arrested for failure to appear on three charges including misuse of food stamps, three counts of filing a false instrument, and welfare fraud.

Fuller was taken into custody around 3 p.m. on February 13.

She will appear in local court at a later date.
