The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Sodus man following an investigation into a domestic incident.
Deputies arrested Jason Barabasz, 46, for criminal mischief and harassment.
The charges stem from an incident where he intentionally damaged property belonging to another person and subjected them to unwanted physical contact.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
