State police arrested a Hilton resident in Seneca Falls after a suspicious incident investigation.
Police responded to a suspicious incident on Route 89 in Seneca Falls on July 4.
They arrested Ryan Conley, 39, for driving while intoxicated once there.
Additional details were not available. The charges will be answered at a later date.
