Syracuse falls to NC State in second round of ACC Tournament

It was an ugly night for the Syracuse basketball team as they fell 83-65 to NC State in the second round of the ACC Tournament at Capital One Arena on Wednesday night.

It was a back-and-forth game for the first 20 minutes and NC State led by just three at the break. However, it was a completely different story in the second half as the Orange were outscored 48-33.

Syracuse turned the ball over 19 times and gave up 20 second-chance points, resulting in the blowout loss.

Judah Mintz led all scorers with 21 points, while Maliq Brown, Chris Bell, and Quadir Copeland added 11 points apiece.
