Additionally, Target is revamping its checkout process across its nearly 2,000 stores nationwide. The retailer introduced Express Self-Checkout lanes for purchases with 10 items or fewer on March 17, aiming to streamline the shopping experience during peak hours. This update complements the traditional checkout lanes, which will remain staffed for customers with larger purchases or those seeking personal interaction.
