The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of an Ontario man following an investigation into a traffic stop.
Deputies arrested Leo Patrick Skelly, age 41, of Ontario after allegedly operating a vehicle northbound on Lincoln Road while intoxicated.
Deputies say he failed to stop at a stop sign, which prompted the traffic stop.
During the investigation Skelly was asked to participate in standardized field sobriety testing. Deputies determined that Skelly failed those tests leading to his arrest.
He was transported to Wayne County Sheriff’s Office where he submitted to a chemical test yielding a BAC of 0.10%.
