Deputies arrested a Newark man following a traffic stop in Sodus.
According to a news release, Paul Lugo Jr., 25, of Newark was arrested for DWI, and other traffic violations.
The stop happened on State Route 14 in the town of Sodus, deputies said.
Lugo was taken into custody and found to have a BAC of 0.16%.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
