Police arrested a Newark man following a traffic stop in the city.
According to police, Luis Ortiz Jr., 20, was arrested for DWAI drugs following a traffic stop on Gibson Street.
It was determined that his ability to drive was impaired by cannabis.
As result, he was ticketed and will answer the DWAI charge at a later date.
