State police arrested a Geneva resident for DWI after a traffic stop in Waterloo.
According to troopers, Liam Ryan, 21, was observed not wearing a seatbelt while driving on Border City Road.
He was stopped and charged with DWI after a traffic stop.
The charge will be answered at a later date.
