A dramatic scene this afternoon on the New York State Thruway in Cayuga County left traffic backed up for miles.
It involved a tractor-trailer, which caught fire and was disabled in Weedsport.
Few details were available Monday night.
However, multiple agencies from Cayuga County and New York State were on-scene.
