State police arrested a Trumansburg man for DWI after a traffic complaint on State Route 96.
Matthew Rockwell, 25, of Trumansburg was arrested for DWI, aggravated DWI, open container, and other violations.
All of the charges are returnable to local court.
Police said the traffic stop was prompted by a complaint in the town of Covert.
