Two Cayuga County men face felony charge after stealing Jeep with dog inside from Waterloo Outlets

Two Cayuga County residents are in custody after state police spotted them late-Sunday.

A Jeep Cherokee with Pennsylvania plates, containing a small dog named Glenn, was reported stolen from the Waterloo Premium Outlets over the weekend.

Charles Donato, 45, of Fleming and Jay Garrigan Jr., 41, of Auburn were arrested for criminal possession of stolen property.

The 6-year-old Morkie was found to be in perfect health after the incident.

State police released photos of the troopers who located the vehicle and recovered the dog.
