It was a classic week of high school basketball in the Wayne-Finger Lakes to get 2024 underway. Previous number ones of the power rankings both lost by the end of the week. For the first time since mid-December, new teams seat atop the power rankings of both boys and girls. The FL1 Sports Team will be back on the road on Friday night. Newark visits Wayne for an early contender of game of the year in the Finger Lakes East boys schedule and we’ll have you covered with tipoff scheduled for 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
