Waterloo man called protected party on jail phone while incarcerated

Deputies say a Waterloo man faces felony charges after he contacted a protected party by phone from the Seneca County Jail.

Jeremy Capron, 28, of Waterloo was charged with felony counts of criminal contempt and aggravated family offense.

Heโ€™s accused of making phone calls to a protected party listed on an order of protection using the Seneca County Jail phones.

He was arraigned on the new charges and will appear in local court at a later date.
