Police arrested a Waterloo man following an investigation into an incident that happened on April 11.
According to a news release from the Seneca Falls Police Department, Gavin Brown, 31, of Waterloo physically injured a child in the presence of another child.
As result, he was charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and one count of assault.
He was issued appearance tickets for local court.
