The Seneca Falls Police Department took a Waterloo man into custody after a warrant was issued for his arrest.
On January 15, police arrested Jacob Hubbs, 27, around 10:21 p.m. for failing to appear in town court.
He was originally arrested for petit larceny at the Walmart store located in Seneca Falls.
He was taken into custody without incident and will answer the charge at a later date.
