The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Waterloo woman following a welfare fraud investigation.
Deputies arrested 36-year-old Kaylee Howcroft, of Waterloo for welfare fraud, offering a false instrument, and misuse of food stamps.
According to investigators, the charges stem from an investigation where allege Howcroft received benefits illegally.
She was processed and will answer the charges at a later date.
